Maintenance & hosting
Maintenance plans: As time goes by, you will want to make changes and additions to your site. Your fixed monthly payment includes regular and ongoing maintenance, changes and additions.
Website hosting: Should you have specific hosting arrangements in mind, we can maintain
your site at your designated location - all we need are your access details.
Alternatively, Swift Image use the hosting services of Altaire whose web servers
are located in a secure, high-quality environment. The average server specification
is: dual Xeon processors, 1-4 gigabyte memory, hardware RAID 5 hard disk array with
full hardware redundancy. Only quality rack-mount server hardware from HP/Compaq,
Sun, IBM and Dell is deployed.

Maintenance is subject to reasonable use (or for small sites, limited use) and at the outset, we will ascertain how often changes are likely to be needed. For example, if you are an estate agent that wants to put new house details on daily, then we will provide you with a facility to do this, but there may be additional costs involved. We will always inform you of any additional costs beforehand.

Most of the sites we design for customers are somewhere between 6 and 10 pages. We don’t charge you by the page. If your site is a little shorter or a little longer, it really doesn’t matter, because as time goes by you’ll want to add a page for a new product or service. Put a brochure on. Upload a newsletter. Add a “careers” page. Get the picture?
